Swimming lessons take 2

WOW! what a difference a day makes. Both boys went back to swimming lessons and (vibrato)LOOOOOOOVED it.
They got right in and had to be told, too many times, to keep their bums on the stair. Spencer especially. He liked playing shark with Cameron and would go underwater and crawl along the stair to him, only coming up for a breath of air and then returned down under water.

The last of the first haircuts

Just a clean up. Both boys were great. Neither of them cried or even pulled away.
Nathan kept trying to give Eskimo kisses to his hairdresser and Ryan wanted to see what everyone else was doing....over all....great experience.

Sydney

Sydney starts kindergarten in one week. ONE WEEK !!!
She got to go to school and meet her teacher and make a Shoe box library box.
Sydney is soooo ready to start kindergarten. She is such a smart and talented child. (if I do say so myself) and gets bored easily hanging out with a bunch of boys at home. :)
Her passions right now...swimming lessons and babies. Why not.

Swimming lessons

The boys started swimming lessons today. first time. alone. in a pool with a perfect stranger teacher.
Cam screamed nearly the whole time. Spencer only screamed when it was his turn to go out in to the water with the teacher. He screamed on his way out and was fine on his way back to the stairs.
Both boys jumped to her from the side at the end and each got a sucker for making it through their first lesson. (with mom sitting on the side of the pool with her feet in...hopefully Wednesdays class will go better)
Cam said 5 minutes before it was over, "I'm happy mama !" and then cried when it was time to leave.

Our vacation spot 20 minutes north

We took a holiday. on a holiday. We decided to hit a local hotel about 20 minutes from our house.

The hotel came complete with a one bedroom suite, a full kitchen and a DVD player AND a water park. (well a large pool sectioned off in to 4 areas with a 180 foot slide and a splash and spray kiddie area)
There is a theater next to the hotel with a mini amusement park inside.
The babies went to grandma and papa's house for a few hours so that we could take the kids to see G-force (very cute) and go on a few of the rides.
We played for 2 days.
Today. we relax.
Oh and defrost the freezer in the garage.
